An Underground Storage Lease grants exclusive right to apply to construct underground storage.
Eligibility
A holder of an underground storage exploration licence who, determines that a storage area may exist.
Description
A storage lease is granted for an initial term of 10 years with the right of renewal for consecutive ten-year periods.
Fees
Unless otherwise specified, Fees exclude the harmonized sales tax (HST).
