Government of New Brunswick
Women in Leadership-EN_600x180

Empowering women in decision-making and  leadership roles is crucial to the success of organizations. The Women’s Equality Branch works to address barriers to women’s full inclusiveness in decision-making roles in New Brunswick by providing tools and resources on issues that affect women from economic security to violence awareness and prevention. Increasing inclusiveness within power structures in business, politics, and other decision-making realms contributes to women’s voices being heard and to better outcomes for all New Brunswickers.

This page serves as a reservoir of resources aimed at providing support to women in leadership roles. The goal is to create awareness of the resources available throughout the province and nationally. These resources are: trainings, workshops and events aimed at capacitating women in the area of leadership.

Do you have resources to help empower women or for women pursuing leadership roles?  For consideration please email:  [email protected]
