Overview
Fees are payable to the Registrar of the Court of Kings's Bench of New Brunswick in bankruptcy pursuant to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.
Eligibility
• A trustee or administrator appointed to handle the estate of a bankrupt.
• A person, other than a trustee or administrator, who commences proceedings in the Court of King's Bench of New Brunswick in bankruptcy.
Description
Fees are payable for services rendered by the Court or by the Registar in bankruptcy.
Fees
Unless otherwise specified, Fees exclude the harmonized sales tax (HST).
