Overview
Fees are payable to the Clerk/Administrator of the Court of King's Bench, pursuant to Rule 78.01 of the Rules of Court, for the filing of documents in Trial Division and Family Division and for services rendered by the Office of the Clerk/Administrator.
Eligibility
Solicitors or self-represented litigants who are parties to proceedings in the Court of King's Bench, Trial Division or Family in any of the eight judicial districts in New Brunswick.

Fees are payable in regard to documents filed with the Court of King's Bench, Trial Division or Family Division and for services rendered by the Office of the Clerk/Administrator in any of the eight judicial districts in New Brunswick.

Unless otherwise specified, Fees exclude the harmonized sales tax (HST).
